After paying for 2 years gym membership- and only going once I thought enough is enough! I hadn’t exercised in my 30′s and felt particularly unfit. I decided that 1 to 1 personal training may be the answer. Justin came over to my home and not only worked out a weekly fitness plan but also gave me advice an what I should and should not eat. I saw him twice a week and did a days exercise my self once a week. What really surprised me was the array of exercises you can do in the comfort of your own home.  Justin kept each session varied and alternated in building my strength and improving my cardiovascular systems.  Over the weeks and months it was very exciting to see physical changes in my body- yes my tummy got much flatter! And positive changes to my mental out look and energy. Without Justins  support I could not have got to fitness level that has now lead to myself running 13k on my own- which is quite simply remarkable for me! I would highly recommend justin- he made keeping fit a reality for me!

After too many years of overwork and partying, Justin at JB Personal Training eased me into a 3 weekly workout. He has kept it enjoyable and varied. I am already feeling the benefits after 8 weeks. I have come to look forward to my sessions, and this is helped by Justins in-depth knowledge in PT and his likeable character. I will be continuing my sessions into the distant future.

I would like to say what a help it has been to have Justin as a Personal Trainer, setting objectives, working alongside, and helping you choose atype of exercise that suits you and suits your lifestyle.  I have given up trying to keep going to the gym as there are always other demands on the time, but with Justin booked in to meet up with you, either at your
house or outdoors for a run, it makes you keep up your good resolutions.

In the past I have always hated exercise and struggled to maintain any regular exercise routine for more than a month or so at a time.

I contacted JB Personal Training and spoke to Justin who I found very approachable and supportive, and to my surprise I have now been exercising regularly for over a year!

On occasion my enthusiasm for exercise does still flag a little, but amazingly Justin somehow manages to inspire me anew to keep me going.

As a result of his support and expertise I am now healthier, fitter and have achieved the better body shape that I wanted!
